As a talented developer with an eye for graphic design, you would be joining a diverse and dynamic team that works together to ideate, plan, and execute new ideas and projects. You will:
• Translate clients requirements into highly visual and interactive elearning products
• Create graphics to support development
• Design user interfaces
• Create original artwork and visual storyboard mock ups
• Produce video, audio, simulations, 3D models, animations
• Perform user testing, trouble-shooting of products and learning management systems
• Creatively brainstorm with colleagues and provide solutions to meet client needs

EDUCATION COMMON TO BOTH STREAMS:
Successful completion of a recognized post-secondary educational program in Multimedia Development, Graphic Design, or Web Development or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
EXPERIENCE FOR STREAM 1 ONLY:
(1) *Recent experience using various specialized tools and scripting languages in the development of web products, including HTML and CSS.
(2) *Recent experience in at least 6 of the following areas:
• Graphic design and image editing
• Javascript
• Working within WCAG(2.0) accessibility guidelines
• 3D modeling
• Synthetic and physical simulations, and virtual world platforms
• Developing products for synthetic and physical simulations, and virtual world platforms
• E-Learning interface design
• E-Learning software such as Storyline, Captivate
• Publishing to an LMS or LCMS
• Digital video production/editing using diverse applications
• Digital audio production/editing using diverse applications
• Animation development
• Creating Mockups and visual storyboarding
• Testing and troubleshooting of learning related software and systems
• Development of SCORM online products

• Developing products for synthetic and physical simulations, and virtual world platforms
