Your résumé.
A covering letter in 5,000 words (maximum)
You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Some essential and other qualifications will be assessed through your application. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate examples that illustrate how you meet each qualification. Failing to do so could result in your application being rejected.
It is your responsibility to describe clearly in a cover letter, how you meet each of the screening criteria (i.e., education and experience under the essential qualifications and under the asset qualifications). Please note that it is insufficient to only state that the requirements are met or to provide a listing of current responsibilities, rather you must provide information that demonstrate how you meet each essential qualification. Please apply the following approach: use each screening qualification as a heading and provide the information outlining how that qualification is met. Failure to provide information could result in your application being rejected from the process. A person may be
appointed to the positions event though he/she does not meet any or all of the asset qualifications; however, meeting these criteria is desirable as it might be a deciding factor in choosing the candidate to be appointed or in the screening process.
