This process could be used to create a partially or fully assessed pool of candidates to staff the above mentioned position and similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various official language proficiencies (Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, English or French essential, English essential), various security profiles (Reliability, Secret, Top Secret), various tenures (indeterminate, specified period) using various staffing activities (Indeterminate, Specified Period, Deployment, Acting, Assignment, and Secondment) within the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada in the National Capital Region.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Economics, Sociology, Mathematics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related fields.
Experience in the utilization of statistical and analytical software programs (example : SPSS, SAS, STATA, R)
Experience in extracting, manipulating and interpreting data from multiple sources and preparing summary reports.
Experience in using Microsoft EXCEL software to manipulate and create tables from large (>10,000 records and dozens of variables) and complex (different data types, presence of duplicate or missing values, necessity to merge) data sets
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Mathematics, Statistics, or Epidemiology.
Experience using SAS and/or SPSS software
