Duties

The Senior Manager (RE-07) position is part of the Capital Markets Risk Assessment Services Group (CMRAS) located in Toronto. CMRAS is involved in the analysis of federally regulated financial institutions (FRFIs) inherent market risk, counterparty credit risk, liquidity risk, and assessment of market risk controls. The successful candidate for Senior Manager (RE-07) will have increasing levels of responsibility for leading teams and contributing to the leadership and operation of the group.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
● A university degree with specialization in commerce, accounting, business, finance, economics or mathematics OR a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Degree equivalency

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
● Recent, significant and progressive experience in the financial services industry*, in two or more of the following areas:

- Counterparty Credit Risk
- Risk management
- Trading
- Trading management

*Financial services industry experience is defined as experience working in a financial institution, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, wealth management firms, and accounting firms (dealing with audits), as well as government departments that directly deal with the supervision and regulation of these institutions.
