The intent of this process is to fill one (1) position on an indeterminate basis and two (2) term positions.
A pool of qualified candidates may be created and may be used to fill similar positions at the Competition Bureau, for :
* various tenures (indeterminate or term),
* various language requirements (BBB/BBB, English Essential, French Essential, English or French Essential) and/or
* various security requirements (Enhanced Reliability and Secret).

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. EDUCATION:
Currently enrolled in* or completed a Master’s degree in economics from a recognized post-secondary institution.
NOTE:
*Course work must be completed successfully by August 31, 2017.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
- High cumulative grade point average.
- Course(s) in industrial organization during the course of university studies.
- Experience conducting econometric analysis.
English or French

Significant overtime, travel and flexible hours may be required.
