The immediate need is to staff three positions on an indeterminate basis.
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar or identical positions at Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) with various linguistic profiles (English essential, French or English Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, and Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC) and/or requirements as well as tenures (indeterminate and specified period), and/or the security clearance (reliability or secret), which may vary according to the position being staffed.
Please note, the pool could be used to offer acting appointments under exceptional circumstances in order to protect employees' indeterminate status.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the provision of client services.
Experience in accounting operations (e.g., accounts receivables, accounts payables).
Experience in using a Financial System.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics; or possession of the Government of Canada Financial Management certificate.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the analysis, monitoring and reconciliation of accounts.
Experience in the use of a departmental Chart of Accounts and of the government-wide Chart of Accounts.
Experience in using the SAP financial system.
