Ex1 - Experience in providing administrative support services.

Ex2 - Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Experience specific to the position being staffed:
Ex3 - Experience in providing financial/accounting support services.

Asset Qualifications:

AQ1 Successful completion of post-secondary education.

Degree equivalency

AQ2 Experience working in a Library setting.

AQ3 Experience using Financial Managerial Accounting System (FMAS).

AQ4 Experience using Claims X.

AQ5 Experience in controlling of shipping & receiving of material.

AQ6 Experience using Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS).

AQ7 Experience providing client service.

AQ8 Experience providing records management services in a central registry or orderly room.

AQ9 Experience working in a health services environment.

AQ10 Experience in providing financial/accounting support services.

AQ11 Experience in providing administrative support services in a post-secondary academic setting.

AQ12 Experience working in a clerical/administrative position within a human resources environment.

Bilingual - Imperative
Proficiency in the use of the English and French languages is essential for this position (various bilingual profiles).
