The intent is to create a pool of qualified candidates that will be used to staff bilingual positions within various federal government organizations within the National Capital Region (Gatineau/Ottawa) ONLY.

EXPERIENCES:

Experience in co-ordinating administrative services*;

Experience in interacting with internal or external stakeholders;

Experience using word processing (e.g. Word) and spreadsheet software programs (e.g. Excel).

*Coordination of administrative services is defined as, but not limited to: the collection and consolidation of information for the production of various reports, coordination of document approval, planning and coordination of meetings, drafting Minutes, monitoring expenses and maintaining a budget, managing schedules and emails and other related duties.

PSEE - Test of Judgement UIT

Applicants must complete the Public Service Entrance Exam: Test of Judgement Unsupervised Internet Test as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses the judgement required for solving problems in work-related situations. You will have 75 minutes to complete the test. You must complete the test before you submit your application for this position.

Retest Period for WCPT-351 and TOJ-375: There is a 180-day waiting period before the tests can be re-written. Should a person re-write the test before the retest period has elapsed, the new result will not be valid, and a new retest period will begin as of the most recent test date.

Retest Period for GAT-380: There is a 90-day waiting period before the tests can be re-written. Should a person re-write the test before the retest period has elapsed, the new result will not be valid, and a new retest period will begin as of the most recent test date.
A random selection and/or a top-down approach may be used when selecting candidates who have successfully applied for further assessments. Therefore, only those selected will be contacted.

Candidates must be prepared to provide original proof of education (including equivalencies), citizenship and references when requested. Failure to do so, by the deadline requested, will result in your candidacy no longer being considered for this pool.

Candidates will be required to pay for their own travel expenses associated with the assessment as well as relocation expenses, if applicable.
