Intent of the process

As requested by organizational needs, candidates will be randomly selected from the inventory for assessment purposes. This process may be used to establish a pool of partially or fully qualified candidates which may be used by Citizenship and Immigration Canada to staff similar positions with various linguistic profiles (including: English essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, Bilingual Imperative CCC/CCC, Bilingual Imperative BBC/BBC, English or French essential), various security profiles (Reliability, Secret, Top Secret) and various tenures (such as Casual, Indeterminate, Specified Period, etc.)

3. Experience creating, verifying, updating information and/or processing using a software, such as the Global Case Management System (GCMS) and/or IRIS.
4. Experience in conducting searches such as searches in databases, procedures, legal documents or archives.
5. Experience working within a production based office environment with high volume as well as established production targets.
6. Experience in decision applying regulations, legislation, policies or procedures related to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) programs or services.
7. Experience providing record management services, such as cross-referencing, retrieving, retention, or archiving.
8. Experience working at the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Operations Support Center (OSC) in Ottawa or Gatineau.
9. Experience working at the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Case Processing Center in Ottawa (CPCO)
10. Experience working in an office environment within a Federal Government organization

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Availability, willingness and ability to work shifts as required.

Availability, willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 environment.

Availability, willingness and ability to work on a rotational schedule from a variable schedule, between 12AM and 12PM Monday to Friday, Sunday to Thursday and/or Tuesday to Saturday.
