This inventory may be used to establish pools of partially or fully qualified candidates which may be used to staff positions within Real Property Branch and Parliamentary Precinct Branch across all regions.
The pool of qualified candidates may be used to staff similar positions on an indeterminate or temporary basis with various linguistic profiles and/or requirements (English Essential, French Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC and CCC/CCC) and various security requirements (Reliability or Secret).

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience*.
*An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience corresponds to some secondary education combined with relevant courses and relevant experience (2 years) in the public service.
EXPERIENCE:
For Stream 1 only:
Experience in managing financial resources.
Experience in managing contracts and in administering the delivery of services.
For Stream 2 only:
Experience in the development and/or management of performance or outcome-based contracts.
Experience in the interpretation of policies, procedures and regulations.
For Streams 1 and 2:
Experience in the management of a real property portfolio of assets in such areas as office, warehouse, engineering assets or residential space.
Experience in providing client-focused property or facility management services.

For Streams 1 and 2:
Experience in supervision/management of employees, multi-disciplinary team members.

Note for Stream 1: A higher security clearance may be required depending on the requirements established by PSPC or the client department.
The positions in Real Property Branch are part of a pool of several other positions. As a condition of employment in any of these positions, you must be willing to be reassigned in the same position to perform similar duties to any work site within Real Property Branch in the National Capital Area, following a written notice (normally 5 working days).
