Based in the Inuvik office of the Western Arctic Field Unit, these administration positions provide generalist administrative and clerical support across key functional areas including Finance & Administration, Human Resources, External Relations & Visitor Experience, and Occupational Health and Safety.
Responsibilities may include:
✅ Supporting day-to-day operations by preparing documents, taking minutes, managing records, and coordinating meetings and travel.
✅ Assisting with financial tasks such as coding transactions, tracking budgets, and supporting procurement.
✅ Contributing to HR processes like staffing, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
✅ Managing databases, filing systems, and internal communications.
✅ Providing frontline support to staff and partners, offering procedural advice and coordinating services.
✅ Supporting Health and Safety administration and participating in special projects.
These roles require strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to help ensure the effective delivery of Parks Canada programs.

Education:
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience as determined by the hiring manager or a high school diploma.
Experience (All positions):
• Experience providing administrative support services in an office environment;
• Experience using computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
