Education
Graduation with a post-secondary diploma from a recognized technical institute, in a field related to design and construction of real property projects.
Experience
- *Recent experience in managing **real property projects.
- Experience in providing advice to clients.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of real property projects.
- Experience in managing procurement process related to project delivery such as Design Bid Build (DBB), Design Build (DB), Construction Management (CM).
*Recent experience is defined as having managed real property projects for a minimum of five years within the last 10 years including at least three years of Canadian experience. The number of years of experience does not need to be consecutive but should cumulatively total five years or more.
**Real Property projects are defined as new construction or renovations (e.g., interior fit-up) for lands, including mines and minerals, and buildings, structures, improvements, and other fixtures on, above, or below the surface of the land.
