This inventory is for indeterminate, specified period, deployment, assignment, secondment and casual employment in the Province of Quebec.

EDUCATION

A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma or successful completion of a provincially/territorially approved secondary school equivalency test, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience in the provision of general administrative support.

Experience in the use of various software programs such as: Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

EXPERIENCE

Experience providing service to clients in person or on the telephone.

Experience dealing with mail and postal services.

Experience in creating/managing a diary or a follow up system.

Experience arranging conference calling and video conferencing.

Experience in support services related to procurement and acquisition card.

Experience arranging work related travel or processing of traveling expense claims.

Experience working in specialized departments such as; healthcare, finance, humanrResources, case and/or program management, judicial or information/documentation management.

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of administrative procedures.

Knowledge of a follow up system.

ABILITIES

Ability to establish and maintain administrative files management systems.

Ability to set priorities (criterion used for the pre-selection).

Ability to control incoming/outgoing correspondence.
