At minimum Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience in managing construction projects, scope, schedule and budget.
Experience implementing concepts design for space re-configuration and/or construction.
Experience preparing briefing documents, analysis and/or recommendations and options for Senior Management*.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams**.
Definitions:
*Senior Management is considered to be Director Level\equivalent or above.
**Multi-disciplinary project teams consist of more than three (3) of the following disciplines: architects, engineers, consultants, experts client (security, IT) or other relevant disciplines.
