Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) helps the Government of Canada serve Canadians. With a strong focus on quality customer service, we provide innovative common services such as real estate and building management, purchasing, banking, pay and pensions, and translation to other government departments, agencies, and boards. The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. The immediate use of the pool will be to staff one position. However, the results of this process may be used to staff same or similar positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma
EXPERIENCE:
E1 - Experience in providing client service
E2 - Experience in providing administrative support services
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
AE1 - Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Willing and able to work onsite five (5) days per week
2. Be willing and able to render First Aid, if necessary
3. Be willing and able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice .
4. Willing and able to lift/carry 25 lbs.
