Intent of the process

A pool of partially qualified or fully qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenure, various linguistic profiles and security requirements within the Courts Administration Service.

Candidates may be evaluated further, for specific opportunities, on qualifications (including conditions of employment and operational requirements) that are deemed relevant to the positions to be filled, whether or not these qualifications have been listed on the job advertisement.

At minimum secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience in the delivery of real property construction projects
OR
Experience in coordinating property and facilities management (operations, maintenance, and building services).

Experience in providing recommendations and advice to clients and/or management in at least one (1) of the three (3) following areas:
- Real Property
- Facilities Management
- Project Management

Experience in producing statements of requirements.

Experience in preparing written briefing material.

Experience of the federal government’s policies, directives, standards and guidelines related to the acquisitions of goods and services.

Experience of the federal government’s financial policy.

Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial* environment.

Experience in the delivery of real property projects.
