Experience in the delivery of real property construction projects
OR
Experience in coordinating property and facilities management (operations, maintenance, and building services).
Experience in providing recommendations and advice to clients and/or management in at least one (1) of the three (3) following areas:
- Real Property
- Facilities Management
- Project Management
Experience in producing statements of requirements.
Experience in preparing written briefing material.
