The Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) is responsible for leading the integrated effort to deliver Laboratories Canada Strategy, an ambitious 25-year whole-of-government Strategy to build a stronger, more collaborative federal and technology ecosystem across Canada.
