Intent of the process

The immediate intent of this selection process is to staff 1 position on an indeterminate basis: Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB.

A pool of qualified and/or partially qualified candidates may be created to staff similar positions within FedNor with various language requirements and various tenures (indeterminate, specified period, acting, deployment, assignment, secondment).

ED1- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in a field relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

Experiences
E1 - Experience using Human Resources applications, tools and working with electronic records management systems;
E2 - Experience in providing Human Resources support services and guidance to managers; and
E3 – Experience in drafting, editing or reviewing administrative documents.

AE1 - Experience in providing staffing support services for a Human Resources Advisor.
