You must clearly indicate in writing the dates, duration and breadth of the experience and indicate when and where you obtained the experience. Duties

The mandate of the Dispute Resolution Branch is to resolve disputes regarding federal transportation services, rates, fees and charges as well as to ensure Canada's national transportation system is accessible to all persons, including persons with disabilities. Senior analysts support the mandate by resolving disputes through facilitation or mediation, and by supporting the Members through the adjudication process, as well as by developing or updating resource tools.

• Protecting the fundamental right of persons with disabilities to accessible transportation;

We are located in the heart of Gatineau (60 Laval), with easy access to fitness facilities, public transportation and restaurants. We offer hybrid working arrangements (a mix of in-office and virtual work) in our new building. Specific work arrangements will be discussed with the manager based on the position and operational needs.
