The Occupational Health and Safety Branch (OHSB) promotes a work environment that integrates health and safety best practices into everyday activities to ensure the well-being of all employees and the fitness for duty of RCMP members. We are looking to staff one (1) position on a temporary basis with potential of indeterminate to follow with the Performance and Data Analysis team within Occupational Safety and Prevention (Policy Centre).

Our team is located at 73 Leikin Drive in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven), in a modern building with plenty of free parking, convenient access to bus routes immediately outside of the building, free use of a gym, and a cafeteria onsite.
Our team is currently working under a hybrid work schedule. The selected candidate will be required to report to the workplace 3 days per week. Virtual employment will not be considered.
A pool of candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the RCMP in the National Capital Region on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with various linguistic profiles and various RCMP security clearances.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.
