Duties

Your role will be to coordinate activities related to the development, planning, coordination and implementation of the geographic area's workplace wellness strategy (wellness involves several components, for example, the workplace charitable campaign, public service survey analysis, the various components related to site management, National Public Service Week, employee recognition, greeting and employees departure, change management, etc.). Key tasks include:
- Develop strategies while providing guidance and advice to management and management on workplace well-being;
- Facilitate animate and organize consultation, engagement, training and other sessions;
- Manage and coordinate a small team while deploying staffing actions associated with the sector;
- Develops documents, presentations, guidelines, procedures, project management dashboards and procedures required to facilitate the implementation of the well-being strategy;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from various specialized sectors;
- Liaise with the Office of the Director General, Regional Service Delivery.

EX1: Experience providing advice, guidance, support and recommendations to colleagues, clients and senior management (up to Director Level).
EX2: Experience in preparing and presenting information materials such as briefing notes, presentations, summaries or reports for stakeholders.
