Intent of the process

The immediate intention of this process is to staff one (1) term position.

A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions with varying tenures (such as indeterminate, specified period, acting) and various bilingual imperative linguistic profiles (BBB/BBB, CCB/CCB, CBC/CBC or CCC/CCC).

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES:
EXP1: Experience working in a client service environment.
EXP2: Experience utilizing computer software including Outlook and Microsoft Word.
EXP3: *Recent and **significant experience using Microsoft Excel.

EXP4: *Recent experience using a software to process data entry.

*Recent is defined as an experience having been acquired in the last two 2 years.
**Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth normally of experience acquired over a period of at least one (1) year.

YOU WILL HAVE TO RESPOND TO ONE (1) WRITTEN QUESTION ASSESSING THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCY:

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

AEXP1: Experience conducting data entry of staffing transactions in PeopleSoft or MyGCHR (specifically Workforce Administration module).
AEXP2: Experience in providing administrative services in a Human Resources environment.
