Education:
A post-secondary diploma from a recognized institution in technical fields (architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical or construction) or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in a discipline related to real property such as architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical or construction.

Experience:
1. Experience in the delivery of technical program related to architectural, mechanical, electrical or construction field in real property environment.
2. Experience in producing technical reports, spreadsheets and/or presentations.
English essential
Information on language requirements
Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of current codes, acts, regulations, policies or guidelines utilized by the federal government in management of real property.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.

Architectural technology diploma from recognized post-secondary institution.
Experience:
Experience in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
