EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in science, engineering or another related field.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
- Significant** experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams involved in science and technology.
- Recent* experience in delivering technology development in partnership with various levels of government, private industry and/or non-government organizations.
- Experience in building and maintaining partnerships with various members of the Canadian innovation system.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Significant** experience in managing human and financial resources through periods of change.

*Recent experience is defined as being within the last five (5) years.
**Significant is understood to mean the depth and breadth of the experience associated with having performed these activities for a period of two (2) years.
