ED1. Possession of a valid applicable provincial/territorial or Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate in one or more of the following: insulator, carpenter-joiner, electrician, electrician and linemen, electrician and electrician specializing in security systems installation, refrigeration technician with halocarbon environmental qualification, pipe fitter or plumber.

OR

*** A military DP-2 equivalent qualification for applicable trades.

*** NOTE: Applicable trades for a military DP-2 equivalent qualification are Plumbing and Heating Technician, Construction Technician, Electrical Distribution Technician, and Refrigeration and Mechanical Systems Technician.
