You must submit a complete application, consisting of a résumé as well as responses to screening questions which clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience factors listed under the essential qualifications, as well as any of the asset qualifications that may apply.
For each experience criterion, please provide concrete examples including the following information:
1. Name of the organization where the experience was acquired;
2. Title of the position occupied and duration (including dates) for which you exercised the functions;
3. Specific details of tasks, projects, or accomplishments demonstrating how the experience was acquired.
The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the résumé will be used to substantiate the information provided. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate how the screening criteria are met will be eliminated from consideration.
NOTE: Screening questions will be used to assess A2: Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
The initial intent of this process is to staff one position indeterminately at the Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB level.
A pool of qualified or partially assessed candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level with various security requirements, various language requirements, conditions of employment as well as various tenures (acting, assignment/secondment, deployment, term and/or indeterminate) within Transport Canada.

✈ EDUCATION
ED: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
✈ EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience in preparing budget forecasts, monitoring expenditures, and preparing financial reports.
EX2: Experience in options analysis and development, and preparing planned and ad hoc documents such as project charters, concept cases, business cases, options decks, and risk scenarios.
EX3: Experience in liaising with Corporate Offices, stakeholders, project sponsors, including briefing mid-senior management on financial situations.
*Mid-senior management is defined as managers / chiefs and above.
✈ EDUCATION
AED: Graduation with a degree from a post-secondary institution with specialization in business administration, accounting, commerce, finance, project management or some other specialty relevant to the position.
✈ EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience in the development of Capital approval documentation such as Concept Cases, Business Cases, Simplified Acquisition Approval Documents, Project Charters, etc.
EX2: Experience in developing costing scenarios, preparing financial risk assessments with mitigating strategies.
EX3: Experience in developing and providing specialists advice, guidance and recommendations to Management, including senior management, in written and verbal forms.
