Information on language requirements
Experience:
Experience with oil and gas operations from either a regulator or operator, or legal advisory perspective.
Experience in industry regulatory policy and law, including the application of compliance and/or enforcement measures.
Experience in interpreting and applying relevant legal regimes.
Experience coordinating with multiple agencies
Knowlegde:
Knowledge of relevant legal regimes.
Knowledge of investigative techniques and preparation of associated documents as part of a compliance and enforcement action (e.g. Orders, Notices or Directions etc.)
