The HR Programs and policy team handles a variety of interesting and strategic files that have a high impact on the organization. In your role, you will have to support the implementation of our three great strategies: Talent Acquisition, Equity, diversity and inclusion; and Accessibility. Your functions could include EDI, accessibility, workforce and succession planning, learning, leadership and HR data analysis. This process is to staff one (1) temporary position and one (1) indeterminate position.
A partially assessed pool will be created and may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various bilingual position requirements, tenures, locations or security level within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC). Federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) may use this selection process to appoint a candidate to a similar position within their organization.
* IMPORTANT: Please note that the second language skills ''Reading comprehension'' and ''Written expression'' will be assessed before the creation of the pool. Obtaining a level B in these two skills will be required to be qualified in the pool.

Your résumé.
Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, that is comparable to a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization relevant to the work to be performed, may serve as an alternative to meet the minimum education standard. Whenever the minimum education standard is met through this alternative, it is met only for the position being staffed, and candidates must be re-assessed for future appointments or deployments where the manager has decided to use this alternative.
Experience:
Experience collaborating with partners and key stakeholders to develop or implement Human Resources strategies.
Experience providing written analysis or advice on strategic Human Resources matters* to senior management**.
* Strategic HR matters is defined as issues that have an impact on a significant portion of an organization’s workforce.
**Senior management is defined Director or above.
Assets
Experience:
Experience analyzing survey results and engaging with stakeholders to interpret their results.
Experience developing or implementing corporate human resources strategies or solutions.
Experience facilitating workshops or delivering training sessions.
Experience in human resources data analysis.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
