A qualified candidate may be offered the position even though he/she does not meet any or all of the asset qualifications. Immediate need: Two (2) positions to be staffed on an term or indeterminate basis with a bilingual imperative linguistic profile. This process may be used to create a pool of qualified candidates as well as to fill identical or similar positions with various linguistic profile at the Department of Global Affairs Canada.

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience
Experience
Experience in providing administrative support in a distribution environment (such as but not limited to a mailroom / warehouse / a distribution centre / a transportation / shipping / receiving centre).
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

Operational Requirements
Valid Quebec Class 5 Driver’s License or Ontario equivalent and a good driving record
Ability to lift and move without assistance, mailbags, boxes and parcels up to 40 kg.
