POSITION LOCATION / WORK ARRANGEMENT:
This position is located in Ottawa. However, the successful candidate may report to the Toronto or Montreal office for in-office work.
Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, this position requires physical presence (in-office work) from one of the following OSFI offices across Canada (Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal). The option of teleworking is available on a part-time basis in accordance with OSFI’s Guidelines on Telework. Teleworking arrangements are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the work required by the position, the operational and business needs, as well as the candidate’s work preferences.

Acts as a key point of contact within the OSFI Supervision Institute for the development and maintenance of digital learning content. This includes liaising effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the design and development process for content development.
Supports the design and development of eLearning programs and products, which may include infographics, animation videos, audio voiceover, interactive simulation, creative text, and animated learning solutions. Manages timelines for assigned projects and coordinate activities with other project team members. Manages the quality assurance of eLearning products in both official languages.
Supports the implementation and ongoing operations of the OSFI learning management system (LMS). Upload course resources and learning assets such as course content, pdfs, web links, etc. to the LMS and test form, function and usability. Troubleshoots LMS issues, monitor eLearning courses, manages databases of participants and evaluations, troubleshoots and resolve delivery issues.
Manages logistical requirements for training sessions ensuring seamless delivery including, but not limited to training calendar, meeting invitations, space booking.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
A degree from a post-secondary institution with specialization in human resources management, educational technology, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology OR an acceptable combination of relevant professional industry experience and education.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• Experience developing learning programs aligned with organizational priorities.
• Experience in the implementation and the ongoing operations of a learning management system.
• Significant* experience designing e-learning content and products (e.g., micro-learning units, training modules and videos).
• Significant* experience working with subject matter experts to produce learning content.
*Significant is defined in terms of both depth and breadth of experience that is normally acquired by performing the tasks continuously over a minimum period of three (3) years
ASSET EDUCATION
• Training designation or certification in learning and development.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
• Experience in video editing, and 2D or 3D animation.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and graphic design principles.
