📌 Workplace:
The workplace for the position to be filled is located in Quebec City (320 St-Joseph Street East). Successful candidates will be required to work at the work site in a hybrid work mode. A part-time telework agreement may be discussed and implemented at the time of hiring in accordance with the operational needs of the position to be filled.
The immediate intent of this selection process is to staff one indeterminate position.
A pool of candidates will be established to staff similar or identical positions at Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) with various locations, tenure, linguistic profiles or security requirements.

EDUCATION
Completion of two years of post-secondary education from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in public administration, business administration, accounting or in other specialty relevant to the position
OR
an acceptable* combination of education, training and/or experience.
* "Acceptable combination" is defined by a high school diploma and a minimum of three (3) years experience in a field related to the duties of the position.
EXPERIENCE
EX-1 - Experience in providing advice, guidance or recommendations.
EX-2 - Experience in one or more of the following areas:
a. realization of projects.
b. compliance reviews mandates.
c. audits (internal or external).
EX-3 - Experience conducting analysis and research from a variety of source.
ASSET EDUCATION
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in public administration, business administration, accounting, continuous improvement or in other specialty relevant to the position.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
Experience working with Indigenous communities and/or organizations.
Significant experience (12 months) in the field of compliance review mandates.
Significant experience (12 months) in the field of audits (internal or external).
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
Willingness and ability to work overtime, as required by the service.
Reliability Status security clearance
Willingness and ability to travel, including to remote regions of Quebec.
