Intent of the process

This process may be used to establish a pool of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various official language proficiencies (Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, English Essential), various security profiles (Reliability Status, Secret), various tenures (Indeterminate, Term, Acting, Deployment, Secondment, Assignment) at Citizenship & Immigration Canada.

EDUCATION:
- The minimum standard is: A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Notes:
1. Based on their education, training and/or experience, indeterminate incumbents of positions in the IS classification are deemed to meet the minimum education standard whenever a bachelor's degree without specialization is called for in a position classified as IS.
2. At the manager's discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, may serve as an alternative to the minimum education standard.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in HTML5 coding and posting web pages to internet sites.
- Experience using webpages editors software and/or content management system.

- Knowledge of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
