Intent of the process

A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established to fill positions at the same or equivalent group and level at Elections Canada with varying tenures (such as indeterminate, specified period, acting, casual) and various linguistic requirements and profiles.

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES
Experience providing client services* or administrative support services**.

*Client services may include providing service to clients is defined as, but is not limited to: answering telephone calls, providing assistance to clients, serving the public, etc.
** Administrative support services may include, but not limited to: the performance of tasks such as entering/tracking information in databases, planning or coordinating meetings, preparing or reviewing documents for accuracy, coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, writing minutes of meetings, collecting data and preparing tables, etc.
