These positions may be staffed on an indeterminate (appointment or deployment) or temporary basis (term, acting, assignment or secondment).

EDUCATION
- EDU: A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
EXPERIENCE
* “Significant” experience is defined as the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of related activities over a period of at least two (2) years.
EX1: Significant* experience coordinating materiel management activities, including Asset Lifecycle Management, Policy and Data Quality.
EX2: Significant* experience using an integrated system for finance and materiel management, such as Oracle or SAP, including providing system support such as: resolving system issues, developing and testing modules.
EX3: Experience providing advice and solutions to employees and/or managers to resolve policy interpretation issues or concerns related to materiel management.
EX4: Experience writing materiel management policies or procedures.
EX5: Experience preparing and presenting reports and briefing materials on Asset Lifecycle Management matters.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS (May be needed for the job)
AEX1: Experience conducting analysis, developing and testing SAP-EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) modules.
AEX2: Experience using SAP in one of the following areas: Materiel Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Asset Accounting (AA).
AEX3: Experience in the development and delivery of information sessions or workshops in Materiel Management.
AEX4: Experience providing recommendations to management on Asset Disposals as well as Equipment Master Record (EMR) and Material Master Record (MMR) coding, data reporting and analysis.

Depending on the number of applicants, the needs and/or Human Resources plans, volume management strategies such as random selection, top-down approach and/or establishing cut-off scores to determine who will continue in the staffing process, MAY BE USED for the purpose of managing applications.
