This process will be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates. The pool may be used to staff similar indeterminate, term or acting positions with BBB/BBB language profiles, various security requirements as well as tenures, which may vary accordingly to the position being staffed.

Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in a field related to the position (e.g. finance, business administration, accounting, commerce, project management, quality control, etc).

*Note: Candidates must always have a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution. Their specialization may be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Degree equivalency

EE 1: Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders
