EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in education, linguistics, sociology, psychology, mathematics, physics, home economics or some other specialty relevant to the positions in the classification.
Note:
When education is required, candidates must always have a degree. The courses for the specialization must be acceptable and may have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION:
Possession of an acceptable teaching certificate from a province or territory of Canada.
EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Minimum 2 years experience, within the past 5 years, in the supervision of instructional staff as a Vice Principal or Teacher in charge
EX2 - Experience working effectively with First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities

AED3 - Master's degree from a recognized university
AE1- Experience in education administration related to school organization

AE3 - Experience in the supervision of staff
AE4- Experience in teaching Indigenous children
