Intent of the process

Immediate need: 1 full-time permanent position.

A pool of qualified and/or partially qualified candidates may be established and used to fill similar positions on a temporary or permanent basis.

In the event that an employee of the public service is qualified through this process, and there is a temporary need, he/she may be considered for acting, deployment, assignment or secondment opportunities.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Secondary school diploma OR acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience managing or organizing the daily agenda for management (i.e. meetings, conference, travel and/or training arrangements).
Experience working with clients, colleagues or managers to exchange information, identify problems and recommend solutions.
Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, MS Team, M365, SharePoint site and Internet-search software.
Experience providing administrative support services related to financial and human resources.
Experience maintaining electronic and paper files.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the position (e.g. office administration, business administration or commerce).

Degree equivalency

Experience establishing and maintaining a tracking and/or follow-up system.
Experience preparing background material for meetings.
Experience scheduling and organizing teleconferences, videoconferences or meetings.
Experience taking and transcribing minutes of meetings.
Experience assembling and disseminating consultation and/or background material.
