POSITION LOCATION:
This process will be used to staff one position located in Ottawa, Ontario.
Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, this position requires physical presence at the designated work location, and as such, the successful candidate will be required to perform some in-office work at the Ottawa business location. The option of teleworking is available on a part-time basis in accordance with OSFI’s Guidelines on Telework. Teleworking arrangements are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the work, the operational and business needs, as well as the candidate’s work preferences.

The Administrative Coordinator is accountable for coordinating a range of administrative functions and activities which support the work of colleagues in a designated Division, including provision of administrative support to the direct supervisor. As Administrative Coordinator, you will assist the Division in a variety of initiatives, including:
• Providing executive level support services such as planning and coordination of meetings, managing calendars and correspondence and maintaining database files.
• Drafting routine correspondence, proofreading and editing documents.
• Providing financial support services such as budget management and tracking expenditures and commitments in an office environment.

The immediate need is to staff two positions in Ottawa with a language requirement of bilingual imperative BBB/BBB on an indeterminate basis within the following teams in the Regulatory Affairs Division:
Legislative Policy, Interpretations and Compliance - Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB
Prudential Policy, Strategy Policy Liaison - Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB
A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various bilingual linguistic profiles and requirements (BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC) security requirements and/or various tenures within the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) and may work from an OSFI office in Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Montréal, Vancouver), which may vary according to the position being staffed.
