The intent of this advertisement is to staff five (5) positions on an indeterminate basis.
A partially assessed pool will be created and may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various linguistic requirements, tenures, locations or security level within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC). Federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) may use this selection process to appoint a candidate to a similar position within their organization.
* IMPORTANT: Please note that the second language skills ''Reading comprehension'' and ''Written expression'' will be assessed before the creation of the pool. Obtaining a level B in these two skills will be required to be qualified in the pool.

EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience in providing administrative support services
EX2: Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
EX3: Experience working in a client service environment.

ABILITIES

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
The following criteria are asset qualifications. You will not be screened out of the selection process should you answer ''No''.
AEX1: Experience in data entry;
AEX2: Experience in managing a calendar and scheduling meetings;
AEX3: Experience in writing, reviewing, proofreading or formatting correspondence;
AEX4: Experience in using a financial system, such as SAP, SIGMA, BI, BO, Freebalance, SAGE, Logibec or PBHC;
AEX5: Experience in using a human resources management system, such as My GCHR, HRIS or PeopleSoft;
AEX6: Experience in the use of an information or file management system, such as GCDocs, IRIMS, EDRM or Live Link;
AEX7: Experience in making travel arrangements and preparing travel claims;
AEX8: Experience working in a legal, quasi-judicial or judicial environment, such as in a tribunal, court, commission, law firm or notary office;
AEX9: Experience in providing court-related or legal administrative support services.
