A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions at Elections Canada with varying tenures (such, specified period, acting) and various bilingual linguistic profiles (BBB/BBB, CCB/CCB, CBC/CBC or CCC/CCC) and various security clearance levels.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience
EXPERIENCES
EXP1: Experience conducting research and analysis.
EXP2: Experience working and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
EXP3: Experience in developing or implementing changes to policies, programs, procedures, tools, training courses or systems.
EXP4: Experience in one of the following: Information Management, Change Management, or Project Management.
ASSET EXPERIENCES
AEXP1: Experience with theories and principles of Information Management.
AEXP2: Experience in providing advice on IM/IT and/or Records Management in a Government of Canada context.
AEXP3: Experience with providing organizational change management subject matter expertise to management and staff.
AEXP4: Experience with creating and executing business engagement strategies and plans and delivering various products in the areas of change management, information management, or project management.
AEXP5: Experience in engaging with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business priorities and opportunities, and making recommendations on the best course of action to deliver results and achieve business outcomes.
