Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, a significant portion of the work for this position can be performed virtually. The designated workplace for this position is Ottawa, ON. However, the option of teleworking is available in accordance with OSFI’s Guidelines on Telework, and the candidate may work onsite from one of the following OSFI offices across Canada (Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver). ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- A degree from a post-secondary institution; specializing in business, commerce, economics, accounting, mathematics, computer science, engineering or another relevant field OR a combination of education, experience and training.

Degree equivalency

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in developing and maintaining risk profiles of IM/IT programs, services and projects.
- Experience in identifying evolving risks from internal and/or external developments and/or technology trends.
- Experience in developing or interpreting performance indicators in relation to IM/IT risk trends.
- Experience in aligning IM/IT risk management objectives with organizational objectives and strategic direction.

ASSET EDUCATION:
- Professional certificate/certification in Risk Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

Degree equivalency

ASSET EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in assessing risk from evolving OSFI regulatory/policy requirements and/or necessary compliance with GoC and central agency directions, policies and directives.
- Experience working in a cloud environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience in delivering IM/IT guidance, advice and recommendations to senior management on risk management.
- Experience in advising management on evolving risk factors and/or mitigation strategies.
