The candidate selected for this position would be expected to:
- Provide training, coaching and end-user support on SAP and related software to employees of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and other agencies and departments under the Centre of Excellence.
- Create and maintain training material.
- Troubleshoot and respond to SAP tickets.

Education:
• A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the position.
Experience:
• Experience using Microsoft® Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience providing interactive or demo style training to various audiences.
• Experience in reviewing and revising documents.
• Experience in designing and developing training materials (Presentation, Table of contents, Reference document, FAQ’s).
Asset Qualifications:
• Experience using Sharepoint.

• Experience in providing follow-up training support to users.
• Knowledge of SAP solution
