Duties include, monitoring and inputting procurement requisitions and purchase orders in SAP, clearing monthly credit card transactions, providing financial budget reports and guidance to clients, handling bank deposits and cash blotters, arranging client travel and processing expense reimbursement, processing payments in SAP, and providing administrative support and guidance to clients.

The need is to staff one full-time indeterminate position.
A pool of qualified and partially qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures as well as various linguistic requirements.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook or programs similar to these applications.
Experience providing administrative support services in an office environment.
Experience in using a computerized accounting program (such as Quicken, SAP or Simple Accounting).
Experience in providing financial support services in one or more of the following areas: accounts payables, accounts receivables, procurement of goods and/or services.
EDUCATION (ASSET):
Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, commerce or another specialty relevant to the field.
EXPERIENCE (ASSET):
Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel feature such as formatting, formulas, data analysis (filtering, sorting, and analyzing data) and pivot tables.
Experience handling confidential, protected and sensitive material.
Experience interpreting, analyzing and reconciling financial data.
Experience in providing travel arrangements, reviewing and/or processing claims for business travel.
