The immediate need is to staff one (1) AS-02 full-time indeterminate position.
A pool of qualified candidates will be establish to staff similar positions of various tenures and locations within the Parole Board of Canada.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCES
E1. Experience providing advice and guidance to management or clients;
E2. Experience providing administrative support or project coordination;
E3. Experience working with departmental records at various stages of the information lifecycle (such as file storage, reorganization, relabeling activities, etc.).

Operational Requirements
Willingness and ability to work overtime evenings and weekends on occasion.
Conditions of employment
Secret clearance - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Must be able to lift boxes and equipment weighing up to 15 kg.
Willingness and ability to report to the office in-person for work when required.
