Duties

The Bridge Operator will be responsible of
- enforcing navigation regulations and operating orders
- keeping records of bridge operation and vessel traffic
- conducting a tour of inspection at the start of every shifts
- drafting minor reports for accidents, incidents, complaints and delays
- general cleaning of grounds and buildings
- maintaining and servicing of all tools, machinery and equipment
- maintaining surveillance of marine traffic, vehicular and pedestrian traffic related to the lift bridge

✔ A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
✔ Experience in operating and maintaining electrical or mechanical equipment
✔ Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Experience in technical trade mechanical & electrical such as, but not limited to: working on wheel bearings, gears, shafts, motors, hydraulics, limit switches and so on
