•Providing and coordinating financial administration processing services (accounts receivable and accounts payable) and procurement services (goods and services including professional services contracts) to clients, including responsibility centre managers; explaining options, guidelines and use of financial information systems.
•Executing financial administration processes for large or complex/ problematic portfolios.
•Researching internal/ external sources or service providers to resolve difficult problems in processing, procurement and contacting issues or conformance.
•Applying quality control guidelines to verify compliance and/ or maintain database integrity.
•Developing, recommending and implementing changes to internal service delivery methods, tracking or reporting tools.
•Providing input to functional service delivery changes individually or through working groups.

EXPERIENCE
Recent experience working in an office environment providing administrative support in finance or procurement.
Recent experience working in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.

ASSET EDUCATION
Successful completion of post-secondary school.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
Experience inputting and extracting information from an Integrated Financial Resources system. ie: SAP
Experience with travel claims

Experience with Journal Vouchers/ Journal Entries
Experience with Procurement of goods and services
Experience providing guidance to managers, employees, and external clientele in Procurement or Finance.
