Shared Services Canada is modernizing how the Government of Canada manages its information technology (IT) infrastructure. The Department is mandated to deliver email, data centre and telecommunication services, including videoconferencing and Wi-Fi, to partner organizations.

The Enterprise Architecture branch at SSC is committed to improve project outcomes align with the Government of Canada digital vision, to safeguard a sustainable IT infrastructure but also maximize the return on its investment.

Intent of the process

A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff positions with similar qualifications, with various language requirements, various conditions of employment and/or various tenures within Shared Services Canada. EDUCATION:
ED1.Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

EXPERIENCES:
EX1: Experience in providing IM/IT advice and guidance to various audiences such as management (Managers and above), and or colleagues or clients.
EX2: Experience in development or operations supporting IM/IT projects and functions.
EX3: Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and or stakeholders on IM/IT complex* projects.
EX4: Experience in producing solution documentation.

KNOWLEDGE:
