Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) helps the Government of Canada serve Canadians. Education:
- Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of experience and training in a field relevant to administrative or clerical services.
Experience:
- Experience working in a client service environment.
- Experience using an information management database for data entry.

- Experience in contract payments.

Consideration of the depth and breadth of any of the qualifications may be a determining factor in the appointment process.
Experience will be evaluated against depth and breadth of activities, and the complexity and diversity of the activities. Top down consideration of experience may be used.
Candidates must meet the essential qualifications to be appointed to a position. Candidates may be required to meet the asset qualifications or the organizational needs, depending on the requirements of the specific position being staffed.
A random or top down selection of candidates may be used in the determination of those to be given further consideration in the assessment process. Top-down consideration of scores at any stage of this process may be used to determine the number of qualified candidates who will be considered further in the process.
Indeterminate employees at the same group and level or equivalent may be considered for deployment. If no deployment is made, applicants from other groups and levels will be considered in the advertised appointment process.
Public service employees found qualified in this process may be considered for acting, assignment, deployment or secondment.
Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
