A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note).
NOTE:
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCES:
Experience in providing administrative* or operational** support services;
*Administrative support services may include carrying out tasks such as managing a calendar of the daily schedule of a manager, planning or coordinating meetings, preparing or reviewing documents, coordinating incoming or outgoing correspondence, filing, writing minutes, collecting data and preparing tables, etc.
**Operational support services may include carrying out tasks such as preparing forms, data entry, preparing or reviewing reports or other documents, filing, writing correspondence in work settings such as a registrar service, finances, administration, security, human resources, case management or other settings.
Administrative or operational support services are also defined as offering support to someone else.
Experience in using office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs or others;
Experience in providing client service.

*“Financial resource management” includes auditing and reconciling expenses against a budget, processing invoices and collections, reconciling data from various systems, producing reports, credit card and travel, statements and related invoices;
