POSITION LOCATION:
This position is located in Ottawa; however, the successful candidate may work from one of the OSFI offices across Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, or Vancouver).

As a result of the global pandemic, OSFI employees are currently working from home. ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in Business, IT, Computer Science, or another field relevant to the position to be staffed OR an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or recent experience relevant to the position to be staffed.

Degree equivalency

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in working in a client-service environment.
- Experience developing product roadmaps.
- Experience conducting analysis on the technical and non-technical intra-project dependencies within a backlog and recommending remediation.
- Experience developing, maintaining and using demand pipelines and backlogs to manage client expectations.
- Experience coaching others on Demand Management processes.

As a Separate Agency, the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) appoints employees in accordance with the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA). OSFI is named in Schedule V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) and it offers the same pension and benefits plans as the core Federal Public Service. In addition to this, OSFI employees obtain a minimum of 4 weeks of vacation leave per year, earn a competitive salary, and are eligible for an annual performance bonus.
